Brief:

Social Housing Project is a residential project with 15,000 m² construction area located on a 3.000 m² land area in Çanakkale Biga.

It consists of 4 housing blocks designed as 4 different types of residence blocks. There are 15 different types of housing in the project with 100 flats in total. With the integration of the BIM system, the architectural construction project and the application project drawings to support the construction process were also made. During the project development process, system projects and details have also been developed by ensuring interdisciplinery coordinations. In addition to the construction project, technical specification requirements were provided, and support for tender documentations and quantity schedule projects were provided.
