Hatay Residences is a project with residential and commercial functions, on a land area of 12,000 m² with a construction area of 40,000 m².

It consists of 3 residential blocks located in 2 different types of residence blocks. There are 140 residences. By designing residential blocks and commercial units together, it is aimed to offer a new destination for users that will support social life. The architectural concept project was completed in 2013.
