Malkara Homes is a residential project with a construction area of 50.000 m² located on a 10.000 m² land area in Tekirdağ.

It consists of 9 residential blocks located in 6 different types of residence blocks. There are 300 residences in 13 different types of housing in total. In addition to the architectural concept project drawings for Malkara Homes, the architectural construction project and application projects were drawn. System projects and details were produced by ensuring with interdisciplinery coordinations. In addition to the drawing process, technical specification requirements were provided, and support for tender documentations and quantity scheduled projects were provided.
