Çubuklu Residences is a project with residential and commercial functions, on a land area of 25,000 m² in Başakşehir, with a construction area of 40,000 m².

It consists of 4 housing blocks located in 2 different types of residence blocks. There are 65 residences. It is aimed to offer a new destination that will support social life for users with designed commercial units in addition to residential blocks. The architectural concept project was developed with the integrated BIM system.
